SAN LLC REGISTRATION
Getting started is easy because you need no prior experience to climb with SAN LLC. Simply email us now and we can schedule you for the day of your choice; however‚ SAN LLC cannot guarantee any dates without full payment or at least a 50% non-refundable deposit. As much as we would like to accommodate every client’s desired date‚ SAN company policy dictates that all dates be reserved on a first-pay first-serve basis. We cannot guarantee our services to you for requests made within a week but we will certainly do our best to do so. We are very busy and we recommend that you please make your deposits as early as possible and by no later than a week before the desired date in order to guarantee your spot with us.

Payment & Confirmation
For all group outings, clinics and alumni climbs a complete payment deposit is required to reserve your spot. For the climbing schools, a minimum 50% deposit is required in advance to reserve your spot out with SAN. Preferred direct payments can be made to the following account:

Once SAN LLC has confirmed your payment‚ a tentative itinerary will be sent to you along with a request to fill out our registration form. This form is also for your benefit in the very unlikely event of a mishap or injury‚ SAN asks clients for the following specific information in order to process a temporary insurance policy. SAN is not only one of the few climbing outfitters in the world that insures clients‚ but also includes coverage as part of the original payment. Rain or Shine Policy
SAN rarely cancels guided, group or private course outings; however, in the event that SAN deems the outing to be too hazardous due to deteriorating weather conditions, SAN will either agree on a postponed date with the client, credit payment in full for a future outing or completely refund payment. Regarding the climbing ice and rock school programs, SAN never cancels outings and will continue with that particular session either an indoor climbing facility where a technical climbing workshop will be held.
For the SAN LLC Climbing School Programs an initial non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve a spot. Cancellations must be made one week prior to the start date of the intended and scheduled climbing school program in order to receive a complete cash refund; otherwise, the deposit is completely forfeited to SAN. In the event that a full-payment of deposit has been made and the participant cancels within the week of the first scheduled climbing school session, 50% of their full payment deposit will be forfeited and the remaining 50% will be refunded in cash. Pro-rated rates and refunds are not rewarded for the climbing school program in the event that the participant knowingly or unknowingly misses any one of the scheduled outings.
For the SAN LLC Guided/Private Lesson Outings, an initial non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve a spot. Cancellations must be made one week prior to the start date of the intended and scheduled climbing school program in order to receive a complete cash refund; otherwise, the deposit is completely forfeited to SAN. Refunds are not rewarded for last minute cancellations and the client forfeits the complete deposit– so please, if you must cancel, do so five days prior to the scheduled outing. There simply are no refunds within the week of the scheduled outing.
For the SAN LLC Group Outings, payment varies depending upon the scheduled locations; however, full payment is required in order to reserve your time out with SAN. Refunds are not rewarded for last minute cancellations and the client forfeits the complete deposit. All cancellations must be made by the client at least five days prior to the scheduled outing. Not only does SAN work very hard to organize each outing, SAN also manages and accounts for each event according to the expected number of clients– so please, if you must cancel, do so five days prior to the scheduled outing. There simply are no refunds within the week of the scheduled outing.
Presented or Gifted Outings are not refunded and must be validated within six months of the purchased or presented date. Presented or gifted outings are only valid for six months from the electronically recorded date of deposit. So, please schedule your outing soon.
*In the event that SAN cancels any group outing, course or service, SAN will either credit the client in full for any future outing.
**Insurance coverage is inclusive and applies to all courses, guided climbs, climbing school programs and group outings; but is not included at the artificial wall facilities.
SAN LLC Release of Liability Policy
Please note that many of our programs take place in remote settings, where rescue may be difficult and definitive medical care can be far away. We would greatly appreciate it if you either speak or correspond with one of our staff to help us match up your goals, physical conditioning and experience to a trip which is appropriate for you. We also ask that all clients inform us of any specific conditions that may impair the clients ability to perform normally in order to aid us should a problem arise. SAN LLC Release of Liability Policy governs that all clients are required to carefully read, sign and date the Sanirang Alpine Networks Release of Liability Waiver. SAN reserves the right to deny any client who refuses to sign this document its services. We encourage all participants to carefully review and understand the Sanirang Alpine Networks Release of Liability before paying and registering in any of the SAN courses, clinics, programs and guided services we offer by clicking on the link below. In the event a client refuses to sign this document, but has already made the initial deposit or full payment, the aforementioned SAN Refund Policy will apply.
