Minimum ROCK gear required by SAN LLC includes: helmet, harness, daisy chain, two locking carabiners and belay device. Any additional gear that may also need to be rented is best to be paid on the day of for 5,000KRW per item or 20,000KRW for the above aforementioned gear set. Climbing shoes are rented separately and may be rented for 10,000KRW per day. ICE GEAR in addition to the above, includes, ice climbing boots, crampons, ice axes and/or piolet. Ice gear hires for 10,000KRW each or 30,000KRW for full set(head to foot). All gear is best paid on the day of.

Additionally, SAN LLC reserves the right to deny service to any participant who does not provide the minimum necessary information to process insurance(FULL NAME, NATIONALITY, DOB, PASSPORT # and/or ARC or military ID, EMERGENCY CONTACT INFO) and/or does not sign the SAN LLC Release of Liability Waiver.

Also, by submitting this transfer deposit, the participant(s) and/or legal guardians understand and acknowledge that climbing is an inherently dangerous activity and hereby waive any and all claims which the participant(s) and/or legal guardian, family or heirs may have against SAN LLC(“the Company”) and SAN LLC’s hired agents or associates(“the Agents”) from all liability for injury, death, property or any other loss sustained by the participant(s) and/or child’s participation in the activity of climbing, due to any cause whatsoever; including negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care by “the Company” and/or “the Agents”.
In addition, by submitting this transfer deposit, the participant(s) and/or legal guardians acknowledge and understand that the participant(s) and/or legal guardians are required to accurately state any relevant past or present physical and/or medical conditions and/or medications of the participant(s) that SAN LLC should or need to be aware of in the unlikely event of any mishap, harm, injury or accident that might result and/or require medical attention, hospitalization and/or further medical care and/or assistance. Failure to and despite any failure to accurately inform SAN LLC of the stated above by email or electronic texting before the day of the scheduled outing completely and fully absolves SAN LLC from all liability for injury, death, property or any other loss sustained by the participant(s) and/or child’s participation due to any cause whatsoever; including negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care by “the Company” and/or “the Agents”.
Finally and furthermore, in the instance that the participant(s) and/or legal guardians does receive medical attention, further medical assistance and/or hospitalization due to any mishap, harm, injury or accident and/or death, the participant(s) and/or legal guardians understands, acknowledges and agrees to make immediate and prompt direct payments to and/or upon request by and to the medical facility and/or entities involved; after which case, the participant(s) and/or legal guardians will be compensated by the insurance company according to the activated insurance policy.
