Peter Jensen-Choi Profile
Peter Jensen-Choi‚ first began climbing in Korea several years ago. If you ask him how long he’s been climbing, he will reply, “It is not how long, but how often one climbs and how much one learns each time out that matters.” As an active and seasoned climber and instructor with 20 years plus of experience under his belt, he has returned from Korean expeditions in China and Nepal. He has climbed abroad in Thailand‚ New Zealand‚ and the USA and holds certifications with both the Korean Alpine Federation and the American Mountaineering Guides Association. He is also currently directs and manages the Corean Alpine Club Technical Alpine Safety Committee and occasionally corresponds, translates and edits reports for the American Alpine Journal and the bi-annual Korean Alpine Newsletter.
